Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the agreement between you and EcomPulse AS when you use the EcomHero platform.

1. Who We Are
EcomHero is run by EcomPulse AS, registered in Norway (org.nr 936 175 678), based at Sofienberggata 3D, 0551 Oslo. You can reach us at henrik@ecomhero.io.
These terms cover your use of the EcomHero platform at app.ecomhero.io and the website at ecomhero.io. By creating an account, you’re agreeing to them.
2. What EcomHero Does
EcomHero is an analytics platform for e-commerce stores. It pulls data from services like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, WooCommerce, and Shopify — and turns it into performance insights, tracking diagnostics, and AI-powered recommendations.
This is a business-to-business service. We don’t offer it to consumers.
3. Your Account
Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. When you sign up, give us accurate company and contact information. And if you connect EcomHero to third-party platforms, make sure you actually have the right to share that data with us.
4. Third-Party Platforms
EcomHero connects to external services through their official APIs and OAuth flows. We don’t control those platforms — if Meta changes their API or Google has an outage, that’s not something we can fix. Your use of those platforms is still governed by their own terms.
When you revoke access to a connected platform, we stop syncing from that source.
5. AI Recommendations
Some features in EcomHero use AI to analyse your data and suggest what to do next. These are recommendations, not guarantees. They’re not financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for your own judgment. You make the calls for your business.
6. Your Data
You own your data. We use it to run the service and make it better — that’s it. We don’t sell it. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days.
7. Payment
You need a paid subscription to use EcomHero, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next cycle. We can change prices with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for partial billing periods.
8. The Service, As It Is
We do our best to keep EcomHero running and reliable, but we can’t promise it’ll be available 100% of the time. Things break, maintenance happens, third-party APIs go down. We may also update, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
The service is provided “as is.”
9. Liability
As far as Norwegian law allows, EcomPulse AS isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of EcomHero — that includes lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. If something does go wrong, our total liability is capped at what you’ve paid us over the previous 12 months.
10. Ending Things
You can cancel your account anytime by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms — we’ll give you notice when we reasonably can. Once your account is terminated, your access ends and we’ll delete your data within 30 days, unless we’re legally required to keep it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we’ll let you know by email or inside the app. If you keep using EcomHero after the change takes effect, that counts as acceptance.
12. Governing Law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Oslo.
